How much does delivery cost?
At Rachael Lauren Home, we believe in best in class service. That's why we offer complimentary delivery for all orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each of our cushions is individually made to order, ensuring it is created exclusively for you. Our standard lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Why does it take 6 - 8 weeks?
We believe in slow, considered design. Every cushion is handmade with care, using carefully sourced fabrics and bespoke finishes. This artisanal approach takes time, but ensuresa truly uniquepiece, crafted to the highest standard.
Do you offer a faster service?
As each item is bespoke, we are not able to offer express delivery. However, we always strive to complete and deliver your order as swiftly as possible within the quoted timeframe.
How will my order be delivered?
Your cushions will be beautifully packaged and delivered via a trusted courier service, arriving safely and ready to enjoy in your home.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK
Returns
Can I return my order?
As each cushion is made exclusively to order, all sales are final and therefore non-refundable. We kindly encourage you to double-check your selections before placing your order.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Our bespoke cushions are made with great care and go through strict quality control measures. However, in the unlikely event that you notice an unreasonable issue with your order, please contact us directly through our contact form HERE
What if my item was damaged during delivery?
We are so sorry to hear that your item did not arrive as expected. In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us directly HERE and share you name, order number and damage details. We will then raise an investigation with the courier and aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.

All of our cushions are dry-clean only

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as professional cleaning and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favourites.
Will there be care instructions included in my order?
Yes, every order will have care instructions included to help you to keep your cushions in prisitine condition.
What are the materials and allergen information?
Our natural feather cushion inners are generously filled with ethically sourced feathers to create a beautifully soft yet supportive feel.
Allergen Information: The product contains natural feathers. Not suitable for individuals with feather and down allergies.
